All summer shares include the following amenities:
  • Full hot breakfast & afternoon snack

  • Check-in 3PM on Friday, check-out 12PM Sunday (we will be happy to store your bags so that you may enjoy a full day at the beach and we will also provide shower facilities before you leave).

    Shared facilities:
    Dining room/porch - breakfast is served from 8:30AM - 10:30AM.
    Afternoon snacks/tea at 5:00PM. Dining room/porch is open to guests throughout the day (until 10:00PM) to read and relax, or you may prefer to lie in the garden in our hammocks or sit in the shade under the umbrella tables. There is a guest barbecue for your use.


    Payment terms:
    We require 1/3 of rental as deposit with sign-up, second payment due April 1, final payment due May 1.
