Organizational Development

Hird Associates provides facilitation workshops, training programs and coaching designed to develop communications skills with the end goal of increasing teamwork and improving management skills.

Teamwork involves

• Listening
• Inquiring
• Validating
• Creative Problem-Solving

Sessions employ exercises to develop and practice each of these skills followed by mock workplace scenarios designed to apply these new-found skills to a realistic situation.
Sessions can be specially designed to address issues facing a particular workplace.

In designing training programs, Hird Associates founder Diana Hird draws on her more than ten years of experience as a practicing attorney and theater performer.
