Little
Jack sat in his living room, drawing a spectacular
picture. When he was done, he showed his mom who was
sitting on the couch with a newspaper in front of
her face. "Look mom," said Jack. "Uh-huh,
that's real good," she replied. Jack looked at
his mom. The newspaper was in front of her face. She
was actually able to see through it! Jack then realized,
"My mom has X-ray vision."
Well
Jack, you're not alone. Did you know that in the United
States alone there have been 809,412 cases of moms
having X-ray vision, 1,022,425 cases of dads having
X-ray vision, and 3 cases of superheroes having X-ray
vision? "So that's how mom knew I had chocolate
cake before dinner!" exclaimed Jack. "And
that's how dad knew I got a tattoo," said Jack's
brother Andy. "That's probably how they found
out I was pregnant," reasoned Jack's sister Joan.
In
fact, X-ray vision has played a role in WWI, WWII,
the Lincoln Assassination, the Kennedy Assassination,
the Hindenburg Explosion, the Potato Famine, Hurricane
Georges, the Beatles breakup, and the ability to locate
broken bones in the human body.
Obviously,
X-ray vision must stop! To help in the fight against
X-ray vision, send $20 to:
